What makes Perfect Gift Certificates™ different?
de Groots has worked closely with Australia's leading restaurants for over ten years. It is the only gift certificate system to offer certificate holders the opportunity to choose to dine at over 200 of our finest restaurants. Restaurant dining experiences are the choice of over half our users - the others choose from a range of over 500 other lifestyle experiences.
Does Perfect Gift Certificates™ have corporate account facilities?
Yes . gift certificates may be purchased online or ordered from our office after credit arrangements have been set-up.
How do account customers order?
You can order online certificates of up to $500 face value with a user name and password. Purchasers can choose between receiving their certificate immediately via email. Certificates can be printed and posted at a small charge. Certificates for over $500 may be ordered directly from de Groots at no extra charge.
Do you offer corporate incentive schemes?
Yes . we have many different programs. Corporations may run their own through Perfect Gift Certificates™ or we can assist in setting one up. See more at our corporate pages.
Can gift certificates be used for prizes in competitions?
We can supply certificates from $5 and upwards to be used as prizes. We also have promotional codes for special offers which can be easily tracked. We can also conduct the draw of prizes and place the results online, and obtain government licensing where necessary. Please contact us for more details.
What if I need certificates for prize winners but do not know their name yet?
When you order gift certificates it is not necessary to write in the recipient's name if you do not wish to. You can write in later for presentation.
What type of gift certificates does de Groots Perfect Gift Certificates™ sell?
de Groots sell two types of gift certificates:

What is a de Groots specific Perfect Gift Certificate™?
A de Groots Perfect Gift Certificate™ is for a specific experience at one of our many hundreds of attractions. They have a fixed price and can only be redeemed at the specified vendor for the experience printed on the certificate.
Can all gift certificates carry your corporate logo?
Yes . account holders may supply their logo which can be printed on every certificate purchased.
Do you have a consultancy service to advise on set-ups of incentive schemes and competitions?
We can assist corporate clients with advice on which scheme is most appropriate for them. We also are able to set them up. Shortly we will be able to operate incentive schemes where your recipients' points can be kept and accessed on our database. Account holders may contact us at any time to discuss their requirements.
